Amicus Brief in ACLU v. NSA Against Warrantless Spying

Following revelations in 2005 of warrantless wiretaps against Americans by the National Security Agency, CNSS and The Constitution Project filed an amicus brief in ACLU v. NSA outlining why the surveillance was illegal under the Foreign Intelligence Surveillance Act and the constitution.
